She was so mean when I expressed I bought some appliances at another sears and started screaming that I... Sears Hometown Stores are locally owned and operated by dedicated, hardworking individuals who take great pride in serving their communities and representing Sears Hometown & Outlets. I recently made a purchase from this store, a week later the product didn't work. We into store to get exchange or refund, informed I couldn't do either... Lots of employees. Got what I needed fast and they have the best prices.
